1945 - Founded by James L Webb in Delano, California

April 15, 1960 - Douglas D. Webb and James L. Webb form the partnership of Webb & Son Construction Company located in Porterville, California.

October 16, 1975 - Doug Webb and Betty Webb form the California Corporation of Webb & Son located in Porterville, California.

September 15, 1993 - Douglas D. Webb becomes Chairman/Executive Officer to present and Betty Webb is President.

June 13, 2001 - Karen Webb Johns becomes President.
